Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
A shipping confirmation along with your tracking details will be sent via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your order every step of the way.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with your Order ID, clear images, and an unboxing video.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
Size exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to stock availability. Customized, made-to-order, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once the returned product has been received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
