  • Customized or made-to-order outfits may require additional processing time depending on stitching and customization requirements.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

We ship orders across India using trusted courier and logistics partners including:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Other reliable courier service providers based on service availability and delivery location

Courier partner selection may vary depending on your delivery location and serviceability.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: Delivery may take additional time

Customized or stitched products may require extra production time before shipping.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Festivals or public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Unexpected operational issues

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on eligible orders.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through:

Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect address or contact details
  • Failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability
  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned packages.


7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts:

  • The package may be returned to us
  • Re-shipping charges may apply for sending the package again

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

TheLabelRazi is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation issues
  • Public holidays or strikes

9. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Please record an unboxing video while opening the package
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


10. International Shipping

Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping depending on service availability. Customers can contact us directly for international order inquiries.

Additional customs duties or taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
