Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Missing items in the package
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Proper unboxing video/photos must be provided as proof
Without an unboxing video or valid proof, return requests may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or made-to-measure outfits
- Custom stitched products
- Products purchased during sale or discount offers
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
3. Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange for eligible products subject to availability.
Conditions for exchange:
- Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
Customized products are not eligible for size exchange.
4. Custom Size Orders
For custom-sized outfits:
- Customers must send accurate measurements along with their Order ID via WhatsApp after placing the order
- TheLabelRazi is not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements shared by customers
- Customized outfits cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once tailoring has started
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds may be issued:
- To the original payment method
- As store credit (if applicable)
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled:
- Before dispatch/shipping confirmation
Orders cannot be cancelled:
- Once shipped
- For customized or made-to-order products after production has started
To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the product
- Unboxing video
- Description of the issue
Our team will review the request and provide a resolution accordingly.
8. Shipping Charges for Returns
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by TheLabelRazi
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged
9. Color & Product Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However:
- Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting and screen settings
- Handcrafted or embroidered products may have minor irregularities, which are natural characteristics and not defects
